Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you can exchange or return a product if you purchased a product of proper quality, as well as if you purchased a product of improper quality.
Accepted for return/exchange, only the product that was purchased in the online store https://rainway-shop.com.ua/.
Goods purchased through another retail network are returned directly to the person who made the sale and exclusively at the point of sale where it was purchased.
Terms of exchange/return of good quality goods
Goods of appropriate quality purchased in our online store are subject to exchange and return, if they do not satisfy the Buyer in terms of shape, dimensions, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him for their intended purpose.
At the same time, the term of exchange/return of goods (both individual components and the order as a whole) of proper quality is 30 calendar days, not including the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange or return is subject only to a new product of proper quality, which has not been used and has preserved its appearance, consumer properties, no scratches, chips, wear and other damage.
- The product was not assembled and assembled.
- The integrity of the product packaging and all its components are preserved.
- Labels, instructions and production markings have been preserved.
- A sales receipt, an invoice, a payment receipt confirming the purchase of the product in our online store have been provided.
You can directly return/exchange the product at the following address: str. Sobornosti, 36, Boyarka, Fastivsky district, Kyiv region or send by carrier according to the details provided by the manager.
Algorithm of actions for returning / exchanging goods:
- The buyer must contact the store manager within the time limit established by law to agree on the return or exchange of the goods by phone +38(067) 507 13 14 or by e-mail sh@rainway.ua.
- Based on the results of the return agreement, the manager specifies the details of the return/exchange and sends the Buyer a return/exchange application form.
- The Buyer provides the Seller with a completed Return/Exchange Application and copies of documents confirming his identity (passport of a citizen of Ukraine and identification number)
- The Buyer sends the goods that need to be exchanged or replaced through the Carrier or, if possible, delivers them to the Seller's warehouse at the above address. At the same time, the product must be packed in such a way as to avoid damage during loading/unloading and transportation
Return delivery (return/exchange) of goods of appropriate quality is carried out at the expense of the Buyer by the carrier "NOVA POSHTA" LLC. - Refunds for goods are made to the IBAN (card) details, which the Buyer notes in the goods return form and which coincide with his personal data, within 5 working days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller's warehouse. The refund amount is equal to the amount in the order or minus the cost of the missing goods or their components.
- The exchange is carried out for a similar Product or for a Product at an equivalent price, or for a more expensive one (with additional payment by the Buyer).
Products that have been reduced in price, collected or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return.
The seller may refuse to refund or return the product/warranty service/exchange of the product if:
- the rules of operation of the product are violated;
- the product was not used for the purpose established by the manufacturer;
- if the Seller's/Manufacturer's examination reveals product defects that arose as a result of violation of operating rules;
- if the warranty period for the product has expired;
Terms of exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality:
In case of discovery during the established warranty period of significant defects that arose due to the fault of the Product Manufacturer, the Buyer has the right to choose:
1) return the product and receive the money paid for the product;
2) replace the product with the same or similar product from among those available in the store.
Replacement of the product with a similar one or refund for the product takes place subject to the following conditions:
- The presence of significant defects arising from the fault of the Manufacturer, confirmed by the conclusion of the examination (if necessary).
In accordance with clause 12 of Art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a significant defect is a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, caused by the fault of the manufacturer. - The warranty period for the product has not expired.
- A document confirming payment has been saved.
Return delivery (return/exchange) of goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the expense of the Seller under conditions agreed in each specific case with the responsible manager.
