The warranty covers water supplies manufactured by the Manufacturer and marked with the RAINWAY trademark, hereinafter referred to as the product.

The manufacturer's warranty is valid throughout Ukraine, with the exception of the territory of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The product is manufactured in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The manufacturer guarantees that the product meets the manufacturer's specifications at the time of purchase.

The Manufacturer will fulfill those obligations arising from the guarantees provided by the Manufacturer and specified in this document.

The warranty period and service life of the product is 10 years from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer guarantees that the goods are made from high-quality raw materials, the goods will be assembled from individual elements that will be securely fastened to each other, thus, the guarantee applies to the defects of the goods, which were caused by poor-quality raw materials or poor-quality work on the manufacture of the goods.

The manufacturer guarantees the possibility of using the goods for their intended purpose during the service life of the goods, provided that the Buyer observes the rules of storage, installation and operation of the goods.

The warranty applies only to those characteristics of the product for which the warranty is clearly indicated by the Manufacturer in this document.

The warranty covers the physical and mechanical properties and color stability of the gutter elements. Slight discoloration is allowed, in accordance with the norms of standards EN 607: 2004 (European standard, which regulates the requirements for the quality of gutters, including color fastness) at a level not lower than 3 on the gray scale.

The warranty does not cover defects arising from:

• violation by the Buyer or third parties of the rules for storage, installation, transportation and operation of goods (detailed information on storage, installation, transportation and operation of the goods on the manufacturer's website www.rainway.ua);
• non-compliance with the installation instructions (installation instructions can be obtained from the seller or downloaded from the manufacturer's website www.rainway.ua);
• the use of products in corrosive environments (in an atmosphere with a high degree of industrial or economic pollution, in constant contact with chemicals, cement dust, animal pollution, etc.);
• making changes to the product design and making improvements;
• the use of elements, parts, components, not provided by the Manufacturer of the goods;
• use of elements, parts, components from another manufacturer, complete with the manufacturer's goods;
• use of the goods for other purposes;
• damage to the goods by the Buyer or third parties;
• the occurrence of an event or force majeure circumstances that led to the occurrence of defects in the goods.

The manufacturer reserves the right, at its sole decision, to stop or suspend the production of the goods, modify the goods, change the colors, shades and / or gloss of the goods and, accordingly, cannot guarantee that the goods will have the same shade or gloss as the goods previously purchased by the Buyer. In the event of a warranty case, during the warranty period of the product, the Buyer has the right to free elimination of defects in the product, replacement of elements of the product that have defects.

The Buyer informs the Seller about the occurrence of the warranty event in writing at the place of purchase of the goods.

In the notification about the occurrence of the warranty case, the Buyer notes, among other things, the defects of the goods that occur. To the notification of the occurrence of the warranty case, the Buyer adds a photo of the product with defects, a settlement document of the established form, certifying the fact of the purchase of the product, with a note on the date of sale and a duly completed warranty.

If the Seller does not satisfy the legitimate requirements of the Buyer, or at the time of the Buyer's contact at the place of purchase of the goods, the seller's trading activity is no longer carried out, then the Buyer can contact the manufacturer by sending a message to the manufacturer's address.

The Buyer's notification of the occurrence of a warranty event will be considered by the Manufacturer within thirty days from the date of its receipt by the Manufacturer, subject to the Buyer's compliance with the notification requirements specified in this document. If it becomes necessary to check the quality of the goods, the period for consideration of the Buyer's message about the occurrence of a warranty case may be forty-five days from the date of its receipt by the Manufacturer.

In the event of a warranty event, based on the results of consideration by the Manufacturer, the Buyer's message about the occurrence of a warranty event, subject to the Buyer presenting the Manufacturer with a settlement document of the established form, confirming the fact of the purchase of the goods and the receipt by the Manufacturer of the goods with defects from the Buyer, the Manufacturer will free of charge eliminate the defects of the goods and replace the elements of the goods that have disadvantages.

In the event of a warranty case, the Manufacturer is obliged to replace the product free of charge. The manufacturer provides a replacement at a place determined by him, having previously agreed with the Buyer.
