Payment Terms
THE ORDER CAN BE PAID FOR USING THE FOLLOWING METHODS:
- Cash payment upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch.
- For products delivered by the company's own transport, payment terms may be agreed individually.
- Cashless payment — by a company, individual, or Individual Entrepreneur A.V. Vyhnan: account UA713220010000026008330136878 at PJSC "UNIVERSAL BANK" . Postal and shipping address: 36 Sobornosti St., Boyarka, Kyiv region, 08154, Ukraine.
- In case of self-pickup from the store's warehouse, payment terms may be agreed individually.
Delivery Terms
ORDERS ARE DELIVERED BY:
- The company's own transport within Kyiv and the Kyiv region, after payment of the order and agreement of the terms between the customer and the online store manager.
- Nova Poshta and Delivery carrier services — to the branches specified by the customer in locations throughout Ukraine.
- Nova Poshta and Delivery carrier services — to the customer's preferred address (door-to-door delivery).
Products are delivered on the next day (or the day after) following payment of the order. If this is not possible, the online store manager will notify the customer of the changed delivery timeframe.
In all cases, after the order is placed, the manager agrees with the customer on all order, payment, and delivery terms.
Delivery is not available to temporarily occupied territories, areas of active hostilities, or the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
